He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Orick Jones; his son Joey Jones; his grandson Jason Ramsey; his sister Virgie Smith; and his parents, Arthur Jones and Bertie Bowling Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Fran (Jerry Ramsey); his grandchild Cassie Bell (Jason Lindsay Baker); and his great grandchildren, Mia, Maddie, Zachary, Aedan, Kyndall, Brody, Nate and Nolan.
