She was predeceased by: her son Brandon; her husband Victor Phillips; and her father Harold. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Smith (Martines), Sarabeth Bentley (Jeremy) and Kristi Swan (Josh); her grandchildren, Isaac, Addilyn, Sophia, Emma and Kaylee; her siblings, George Hooks II (Leah), Debbie Petree (Joe), Haroldyn Phillips (Lynn), Faye Comer, Philimina Reese (Junior) and Georgia Kitts; and her close friend Alex Loudy.
