She is survived by: her brothers, Raymond Leonard Cox, Samuel Duane Cox, Steven Jerome Cox, Christopher Bruce Cox and Samuel Paul Welch; her children, Christel Martha Rae Weltch and Dale William Richard; her brother John Gregory Cox; her grandchildren, Bruce, Rachel, Ty and Megan; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Gabe, Amulus, Jacobi, Elias and Michael; and her nieces and nephews, Raquel Daniels, Casey Cox, Jamie Sampson, Jennifer Cox Carroll, Duane Cox, Christopher Cox and Raymond Cox.
