She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis M. Douglas and Millie Perkins Douglas; and her husband John Morgan Wormsley. She is survived by: her son Robert Morgan Wormsley (Janet); her granddaughter Nicole Wormsley Bingham (Jim); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Longmire and Katy Locke.
