She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Rosenbalm and Amanda Etta Rosenbalm; her siblings, Luther, Theodore, Herbert Rosenbalm, Onlee Cutshaw, Eileen Barr and Anna England; her husband Herbert Glenn Lay; and her daughter Glenda Parrott.
She is survived by: her sister June Wolfenbarger; her granddaughter Stacey Abbott; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Abbott and Jonathan (Gates Abbott). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
