He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer Leonard; his sisters, Amanda Massengale (Johnny), Emily Ward Dayley (Jared), Rhonda Murray (Roy) and Cheryl Daugherty; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Strattman (Michael), Miranda Leonard, Megan Smith, Serenity Kelz, Benjamin Hughes, Nicholas Hughes and Jacob McNew; his uncle Kenny Ward; his siblings-in-law, Sammy Leonard (Tina) and Tabatha Leonard; and his cousin Dusty Green (Robyn).
