She was predeceased by: her parents, Farley Phillips and Loucille Hunley Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Spencer of Caryville; and her children, Samuel "Bill" Spencer, Robin of Oak Ridge, Joseph "Joe" Spencer (Vanessa) and Lori Braden. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hatmaker Funeral Home (503 S Main St, Rocky Top, TN 37769).
