He is survived by: his children, Charles Anthony Franklin of Okeechobee, FL and Heather Franklin-Lowman (Terry); his grandchildren, Micaela, Leah Lowman, Gregory and Gavin Franklin; his stepchildren, Maria Lane of Dayton and Matthew Gross of Dayton, Ohio; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher Hardin, Tiffany, Tyler Lane, Lindsey, Alexander Lane, Aubrie and Jaidon Lane. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
