She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard "Pigeye" Blackwell and Gladys Sheffield Blackwell; her former husband Billy Davis; and her brother Merle Blackwell. She is survived by: her husband Luster Simpson of Caryville; her daughter Debbie Spencer (Tony) of Jacksboro; her brother Ray Blackwell (Jenny) of Caryville; and her stepchildren, Pam Dillard, Ricky Simpson (Robin), Tony Simpson (Erica), Cindy Smith and Stephanie Jackson (Douglas). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
