It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Juanita Vann Ausmus of Caryville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph David Ausmus; her parents, James Vann and Ruth Vann; and her brother Paul Vann. She is survived by: her sons, Dwight (Becky Ausmus) and Aaron (Misty Ausmus); her grandsons, Dakota, Kyndra Heck, Max and Bo Ausmus; her great grandchildren, Berkley and Blakelee Heck; and her sisters, Bernadine (Jim Johnson) and Nadine (James Watson).

In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to tcatjacksboro.edu in honor of Juanita's passion for teaching.
