He was predeceased by: his mother Fayetta Rutherford. He is survived by: his father James Rutherford; his stepmother Ruby Rutherford; his children, David Ray, Pandora Rutherford Coppock and Sharon Rutherford; and his siblings, Rickey Rutherford (Syble), Donnie Rutherford, Rhonda Bunch, Patricia Rutherford Brown (Jeff) and Melissa Gianbolvo. He is also survived by 6 grandkids, other relatives and friends.
