He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Messer; his mother Hazel Madison; his stepfather Charlie Madison; his half-brother John Madison; and his grandchild Brian Pascal Campbell.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Stephen Wayne Campbell (Carolyn) of LaFollette, Johnny Ray Campbell of LaFollette, Lloyd Ervin Campbell of Jacksboro and Doris Jean Jackson (Commie) of Columbia, TN.; his sisters, Lorene McGhee of Caryville, Margaret Hickman of LaFollette, Georgia K. Nelson and Sue Blackwell; and his significant other Chester Ballew. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
