It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gracey Ann Phillips of Caryville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Phillips and Donna Phillips of Caryville; her siblings, Brandon Phillips of Caryville and Jamie Phillips of Jacksboro; and her caregivers, Diona, Ruth, Jake, Kristen and Grace Rehab. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
