He was predeceased by: his wife Willie Jean Hickey. He is survived by: his children, Donna Kay Meintel (Tom), Terry Douglas Hickey and Scott Anthony Hickey (Lisa); and his granddaughter Brandy Mason Hickey. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; and 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
