He is survived by: his daughter Christi Mapes (Bob) of Campbellsville, KY; his granddaughters, Tammy Combs (Scotty) of Booneville, KY and Susan Campbell (Brandon) of Harrodsburg, KY; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Lindsey, Brayden and Avery. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
