She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Willard Givens; her husband Danny Williams; her grandparents, Melvin B., Alma Doin Proffitt Grisham, Andrew and Maggie Thomas Givens; and her brothers-in-law, William "Stick" Mason and Carter Dickens.
She is survived by: her mother Annie Ruth Grisham Givens of Carthage, TN; her son Jason Cook (LeAnn) of Bethpage, TN; her grandson Samuel Cook of Bethpage, TN; and her siblings, Doris Mason of Lancaster, TN, Anita Sansone (Paul) of Gordonsville, TN, Sue Teat (Randy) of Lancaster, TN, Kay Kent (Al) of Cesterfield, David Givens (Denise) of Defeated, TN and LeAnn Williams (Benny) of Pea Ridge. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
