He is survived by: his wife Sarah Burns Cook of Carthage, TN.; his sons, Bill Lee Cook of Collins, NY and Robert Paul Cook (Yolandi) of Hendersonville, TN.; his stepdaughter Tabitha York (Carl) of Ashland City, TN.; his brother Johnny Cook (Anita) of Goodlettsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Robert Paul Cook, II, Lincoln James Cook, Liliana Snow Cook, Mason Bowles, Bronson Kriek, Kayla Matthews, Mitchell York and Carson York; and his great grandchild Pasley York.
