He is survived by: his uncle Joshua Mofield; his parents, Trinity James Mofield and Stephanie Dawn Landers Mofield; his sister Cassie Mofield; his grandparents, Gary, Jan Landers of Lebanon, David and Teresa West Mofield; and his great-grandparent Kathleen Mofield of Lebanon. He is also survived by many friends, beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
