She is survived by: her mother Estelle Paquett Jones Cooper; her husband John Addy; her children, Steven Haar, Jessica Haar and Megan Alvarez; her stepchildren, Brandon Addy, Michelle Addy and Samantha Rodriguez; and her brothers, Tyrel Jones and Race Jones. She is also survived by her husband, family and friends.
