She was predeceased by: her brother James William "Bill" Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Robert Ernest Fisher Jr. (Bob), Lucile Fisher Partlow (Jon) of Lucasville, Ohio and Jimmy Fisher (Wanda); and her grandchildren, Rachel Fisher Voltaggio (Tony), Robert Fisher, Rosie Fisher Gray (Shawn), Taylor Brothers (Derek), Jonathan Partlow Jr., Matthew Partlow (Joanna), Kendra Shelton, Amelia Tyler (Jacob) and James Thomas Fisher (Taylor). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carthage Church of Christ (711 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030).
The Fisher family has requested memorials to either the Carthage Church of Christ or Taylor Christian Camp.
