He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Collins and Eva Bounds Collins; his wife Reba; his sons, Stephen Collins (Melody) of Powell, TN, Scott Collins (Beverly) of La Vergne and Phillip Collins (Gigi) of Huntsville, Alabama; his siblings, Brenda Owens and David Collins (Pat) of Knoxville; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Collins, Aria Collins, Becca Collins and Celeste Collins.
