He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Baity Carter of Carthage; his mother Geraldine Cummings Carter of Stonewall, TN; his stepdaughter Victoria Carter of Antioch, TN; his brothers, Dwight Carter (Elizabeth) of Stonewall, TN, Herbert Felton Carter of Detroit, MI, Donald Carter of Stonewall, TN and Larry Carter (Billie) of Lebanon, TN.; his friend April Carter; his nephews, Elijah, Christian and Antonio Carter; and his niece Brooklyn Carter.
