She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brown and Ann Brown Howard; and her brothers, Jack Derossett and George Howard. She is survived by: her husband Tom Silcox of Grant, TN.; her children, Danielle Eldridge of Carthage, TN, Doug Elliot of Defeated, TN and Dianna Harper of Carthage, TN.; her foster daughter Tena Morton of Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Elesha Denson of Grant, TN, Kecia Silcox of Carthage, TN and Tonyia Stockton of Lebanon, TN.; and her siblings, Ruby, Sara Derossett of Kentucky and Pete Derossett of Grant, TN.. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
