It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Moore of Carthage, Tennessee, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dudley Moore Sr. and Corrine Swindle Moore; his son Richard Dale Moore; his grandson William Joseph Baucom III; and his siblings, Fleta Ann Moore Holladay, Tom Tyree and Bridges Tyree.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Rubin Moore (Dianna) of Hillview, Tina Meyer (Karl) of Nashville, Linda Moore of Murfreesboro, Sandra Baucom (Jay) of Smyrna and Myra Sircy (Scott); his sister Virginia Moore Perdue of Lebanon; his granddaughter Rachel Beechboard (Eld); and also Eld.
The Moore family requests memorials to the Plunketts Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
