As we bid Phil farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Phil is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Ryan Dillard (Kyria) of Allons and Ethan Uriah Dillard (Jessica) of White House; and his siblings, Ellen Newton of Marietta, Georgia, Lonnie Dillard (Patti) of Watertown, John David Dillard (Renee') of Marysville and Mike Dillard of Gainesville, Georgia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
