He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee McGinnis and Pearl Ella Smith McGinnis; and his son Paul J. McGinnis. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim McGinnis, Jay McGinnis, George McGinnis and Ina McGinnis; his wife Marcie; his children, Dale McGinnis of Little Rock, Sherri Lee Williams of Fayetteville and Rose Ella McGinnis of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his stepchildren, Michelle Bowers of Mountain View, Arkansas, Scott Hough (Cheryl) and Tim Lykins (Niki) of Clarksville, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great-grand child.
