With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Martin (Carthage, Tennessee), who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Martin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen "Jack" Martin and Ann Evelena Woodard Martin; and her siblings, Dimple Martin Vetitoe, Robert C. Martin, William Dawson "Bill" Martin and Leroy Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Summers Brimm (Andy) and Jamie Summers (Jennifer Long Summers); her grandchildren, Jorja, Jude Summers and Hadley Brimm; and her siblings, Willie Martin Lambert (Donnie), Ray Martin (Patricia McKinney Martin) and Raymond Martin of South Carthage.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The Martin family requests memorials to the Gordonsville Methodist Church.
