He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Johnson, Frankie Anderson, Kenneth Stout, Pearlie Fields and Peggy Roberts; his wife Linda; his children, Janet Stout Cowell (Rocky) of South Carthage, Sammy Stout (Tina) of Cookeville and Randy Stout (Cheryl) of Spartanburg; his siblings, Donna Stout Kemp (James), Eddie Stout (Pam Dillard Stout) of Gordonsville and Charles Stout of Ohio; his grandchildren, Michael Stout (Bailey), Mason, Eli, Blakely Stout, April, Jessa and Sarah Cowell; his great grandchildren, Avery and Cooper Stout; and also Rev. Jasper White.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
