With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucette Shoulders Kemp (Carthage, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Taylor Grace Kemp; her father-in-law Roger Dale Kemp; and her brother-in-law Joey Dale Kemp. She is survived by: her husband Steven; her son Adam Kemp; her sister Sally Jane Shoulders Whitefield of Cystal Springs, Mississippi; her mother-in-law Kay Conditt Kemp; her sister-in-law Lisa Wilmore Kemp Huff (Alan); her niece Kayla; her nephews, Justin Kemp and Scott Whitefield; and her great-niece Hayley Whitefield Davies.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kempville Old Time Methodist Church (196 Kempville Hwy, Carthage, TN 37030). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested memorials to the Joey Kemp Scholarship Fund or the Kempville Chapel Old Time Methodist Church.
