With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louwanna Mabery (Carthage, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Eld; her parents, John Monroe Harris Jr. and Belle Zona Silcox Harris; her husband James Ray Mabery; her daughters, Melanie Preston of Gordonsville, Rebecca Mabery of Gordonsville and Rachel Mabery Thompson (David) of Gordonsville; her siblings, George Harris (Lou) of Hartsville, Paul Haris (Ruby) of Gordonsville, Donna Harris Lima (Paul) of Murfreesboro and Anna Harris King (Mike) of Mount Juliet; her grandchildren, Nicole DeSalle (Donte) of Murfreesboro, Danielle Nixon of Lebanon, David Thompson (Sidney Jones) of Gordonsville, Emma Thompson of Gordonsville, Jasmine Green and Terrence Green; her great grandchild Xander Cook of Murfreesboro; her nieces and nephews, James and Brooke Grisham; her great-nephew Will Grisham; her nephew Anthony Gibbs (Jana Blair); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Raelee of Carthage and Blair Gibbs of Carthage.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The Mabery family has requested memorials to assist with the funeral expenses. Keep Louwanna's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
