She is survived by: her children, Sherry Slagle McCaskey of Melbourne, Tammie Slagle Key (Ed), Kim Slagle Hornsby (Clyde), Terri Minchey (Richard) of Mount Juliet and Phillip Slagle (Rachel Albritton Slagle) of Gordonsville; and her grandchildren, Trevon McCaskey, Fallon McCaskey and Michael Key.
