With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Moore (Carthage, Tennessee), born in Lebanon, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Thomas R. Smithwick, Thelma Louise Harris Smithwick and Brenda Smithwick Midgett. She is survived by: her aunt Dorothy Smith of Hermitage; her uncle Jim Harris of Melbourne; her nephew Brian Ferrell of Lebanon; and her stepchildren, Amanda Wood (Tripp) of Charlotte, Melissa Ellis of Spring City, John Moore III of Spring City, Sadie Moore of Carthage and Jerry Moore (Jenny).
