He is survived by: his sons, Cory Courtney of Hartsville, Michael Bane of Carthage and Joseph Sebers of Elmwood; and his siblings, Gene Courtney of Indiana, Benny Courtney (Debra) of Carthage, Shirley English (Richard) of Lebanon and Sam Sage (Lori) of Carthage. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
