He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lee Smith; his children, Leanne Kemp Hesson (Philip), Lisa Kemp Harville (Jason), Bonnie Kemp and Joe Allen Kemp (Lynn McCall Kemp); his grandchildren, William Kemp Hesson (Jordan Hudgens Hesson) of South Carthage, Grace Caroline Harville, McCall Sloan Kemp, Jackson Brim Kemp, Gabriel Kemp Harville, J. Allen Kemp and Macon Lynn Kemp; his siblings, Emily Kemp Collins of South Carthage, Jeff Kemp (Connie Shoemake Kemo) and Ted Kemp (Sonya Taylor Kemp); and his great grandchild Jacob Kemp Hesson.
