He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dallas Johnson; his sisters, Roselle Johnson Elifrits of St. Joseph and Christine Pernitza (Mike) of Houston, Texas; his sons, David Koenig of Fort Collins, Colorado and Scot Jones (Kelly Grimsley Jones) of Dunlap, TN; his grandchildren, Travis Schneider (Heather) of Frederick and Reanna Johnson of Hartsville; and his stepchildren, Mary Coleman, Christina Sandlin of Carthage, Chris Dallas (Erin) and Terry Dallas.
