He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Williams and Delia Elizabeth Agee Williams; his son Jimmy Wayne Williams; and his son-in-law Corey Ray Gammons. He is survived by: his grandson Jamie Sircy; his former wife Roberta Harris; his wife Edith; his daughters, Cathy Gammons and Brenda Williams Jones (Paul); his stepdaughters, Shelia Darrow (Ronnie) of Knoxville and Elizabeth Hall (Jody) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Amanda Sircy, Jonathan Jones and Katlyn Jones; and his great grandchildren, Cataie Belle Sircy, Silas Sircy, Sheadyn Sircy, Abigail Sircy and Carmen Jo Sircy.
