He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Dyer and Lillie Evergreen Bryant Dyer; his granddaughter Lisa Marie Sevier; and his sister Geraldine Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Veller Jackson Dyer of Monoville, TN.; his children, Jaimie Dyer of Trousdale County, TN, Anthony Dyer (April) of Pleasant Shade, TN and Teresa Harp (Mickey) of Carthage, TN.; his grandchildren, Derrick Sykes, Nicole Mears (Johnathon), Josh Sevier, Angel Dyer, Paige Geho (Ted), B. J. Harp, Amber Harp and Caitlyn Harp; and his siblings, Dale Dyer, Alvin Dyer and Eld.
