He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fisher; his son Howard DeWayne Fisher (Tammy); his siblings, Roger Fisher (Jan) and Nancy Fisher; his grandsons, Brandon Fisher (Ashley), John Fisher and Nick Storey (Sabrina); and his great grandchildren, Brylin Storey, Brylee Storey, Braden Storey, Shara Russell (Johnny), Jayden Fisher, Kaleb Fisher, Carson Fisher, Lea Couson, Jennifer Crowder and Nathan Crowder.
