He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swope "Buddy" Woodard and Mildred Earline Hunt Woodard; and his siblings, James Randall "Buck" Woodard and Vickie Teresa Woodard Harville. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Woodard Baker of Murfreesboro and Stacy Woodard (Brittany) of Knoxville; his sisters, Nancy Woodard of Carthage, Margaret West (Paul), Brenda Thomas (Lanny) and Sherry Goolsby (Jim) of Tanglewood Community; and his grandchildren, Addison Baker, Ace Landon Woodard and Lennox Gray Woodard.
The Woodard family requested memorials to the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
