He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lawrence Brucknak Sr. and Florence Warner Brucknak. He is survived by: his daughter Joann Brucknak Stewart; his daughter-in-law Sharon Brucknak; his wife Mabel Eloise Morgan; and his children, Karen Samborski (Mike) of Lebanon, Kathy Thompson (David) of Clarksville and Frank Brucknak III of Westfield, Massachusetts. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
