He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Manus Flowers; his children, David Denney (Kim) of Lafayette and Christy Denney French of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Amanda Tucker (Ryan), Jesse Denney (Tonya), Samuel Denney (Julietta), Aiden French, Christopher Clark, Destiny Clark, Robert Hall and Brittany Culpepper. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
