He was predeceased by: his brother Bennett Kevin Smith (Ben); and his sister-in-law Kimberly White Smith (Kim). He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Shiverdecker (David), Marcia Hunt (Roger) of New Madison, Ohio and Doug Smith.
The Smith family has requested memorials to the Peyton Creek Baptist Church.
