She was predeceased by: her mother Lola Boyatt; and her husband James David Ward. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Winfree (Jimmie) of New Middleton, TN and Jamie Clayborn (Eddie) of Brush Creek, TN.; her grandchildren, James Clayborn (Heidi) of Carthage, TN, Jessie Harville (Kyle) of New Middleton, TN and Stefanie Shores (Cyrus) of Brush Creek, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Weilacher, Isabella Clayborn, Kylie Harville, Addi Lyn Harville, Dallas Shores and Jax Shores.
