He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward "Mutt" Scudder and Winifred Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Baker Scudder; his children, Vicki Lowe (Roger) of Smyrna, TN, Wendy Scudder of Nashville, TN, Charlcie Finley (Brent) of Lebanon, TN and Charles Edward Scudder, Jr. (Trish) of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Jaime Lowe of Murfreesboro, TN and Casey Lowe of Smyrna, TN; his great grandchildren, Brayden Lowe of Smyrna, TN. and Kylah Lowe of Smyrna, TN.; his brother Ronnie Scudder (Teresa) of Carthage, TN.; and his granddaughter Samantha.
