She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Bailey Williams and Margaret Johnson Williams; her significant other James Baxter; and her siblings, Marnell Lutz (Robert "Beanie") and Kent "Mike" Williams of Columbia, PA..
She is survived by: her sons, James C. Baxter (Deb) of Jackson, TN, Stephen A. Baxter (Joni Kurz) of Luling, TX and Christopher H. Baxter (Connie) of Carthage, TN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
