She is survived by: her husband Sherman Ray; her children, Payton Ray of Sykes, Chris Ray (Carrington Jenkins) and Randall Ray (Christina Oliver); her parents, David Thaxton and Melanie Thaxton of South Carthage; and her siblings, Charity Oliver (Ron) of Carthage, Jennifer Davis (Jason) of Lafayette and Anthony Thaxton (Christy) of Carthage.
