He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Malin. He is survived by: his mother Clara Evelyn Gilbault; and his siblings, James Cain, Randy Jackson, Gary Wilson, Pennie Wilson, Lynnett Keen of North Dakota, Parsons and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

In Lieu of flowers family request donations be made to de-fray expenses.
