He is survived by: his mother Annie Weathers Hollingsworth; his sons, Casey Hollingsworth (Shelbie) of Reagan, TN and Coty Hollingsworth (Jessica) of Parsons, TN; his sisters, Susan Horton of Camden, TN and Sherry Ward (Bill) of Camden, TN; and his grandsons, Hudson, Josh, Benjamin and Spencer.
