She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Stepp and Lula Carolyn Stepp; and her sister Kathey Mathers. She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Kwiatkowski; her daughter Carissa Williams; and her brothers, Kevin, Ron and Mark Stepp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
