He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Jo Tobin-Shepherd; and his children, Christopher Charles Shepherd, Arnold Blackburn Shepherd, Robert Michael Shepherd, Edward James Shepherd, Stephanie Florence Shepherd, Madison Marie Shepherd and Emma Shepherd.
